I'm the last person to know anything helpful about a computer so I asked my husband and he said that it depended on what type of liquid and how much seeped thru and that you should call a professional soonest...Good Luck!

Oh, no, not a new computer, OUCH! Here's hoping not...Viola, I'm reading The Guernsey Literary and Potato Peel Pie Society and researched the area.
